🛑 Order Cancellation
- You may request a cancellation of your order only before the item has been shipped.
- Once the item is marked as “Shipped” or “Dispatched”, cancellation is no longer applicable.
- If you still wish to cancel the order after shipment, the product must first be returned to us in its original condition. Only after we receive and inspect the product will cancellation and refund be processed.

💸 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- Product is non-working or dead on arrival (DOA)
- Product has visible physical damage upon delivery
- Incorrect product sent (not as per the order placed)
To be eligible for a refund:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
- You must share clear photos/videos of the issue at [email protected].
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, labels, and invoice intact.
- Our technical team will verify the issue before the refund is initiated.
🔁 Returns Before Refund
In case of damaged or non-functional products, the item must be returned to us first for inspection.
- Return shipping instructions will be shared upon approval of the complaint.
- Refund will be processed only after the product is received and inspected at our warehouse.
⏳ Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment. In case of Cash on Delivery, refunds will be transferred to your preferred bank account (details will be requested).

- Buyer remorse or “change of mind”
- Minor cosmetic issues not affecting functionality
- Product returned without original packaging/accessories
- Damage caused due to mishandling after delivery
- Functional products once used or tested unless faulty
📦 Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is found to be faulty or damaged, GadgetRally will bear the return shipping charges.
- If the product is returned for any reason not covered under this policy, the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
