At GadgetRally, we are committed to ensuring that your shopping experience is smooth, transparent, and reliable. We accept returns under specific conditions outlined below.
π Return Eligibility
Products sold on GadgetRally.com are eligible for return only under the following conditions:
- Product received is not working (Dead on Arrival)
- Product has visible physical damage at the time of delivery
- Product is materially different from what was ordered (wrong model or variant sent)
π Return Window
- You must initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted under any circumstance.
π Return Conditions
To be accepted, returned products must meet the following criteria:
- Must be returned in the same condition as delivered
- Must include the original packaging, box, invoice, accessories, and manuals
- Serial number and warranty stickers must be intact
- No signs of misuse, tampering, or physical damage caused after delivery
π οΈ Inspection & Approval Process
- Once a return is requested, our team will review your claim and verify the issue based on photos/videos provided.
- If approved, we will share return shipping instructions.
- Upon receiving the item, our technical team will perform a quality and functionality check before approving the return.
π Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a verified defect, damage, or error from our side, we will bear the return shipping charges.
- If the product is returned without a valid reason or fails inspection, the customer will bear the return cost, and the refund may be declined.
β Non-Returnable ItemsThe following types of items cannot be returned:
- Products marked as “Non-Returnable” or βSold As-Isβ
- Items returned without original packaging or accessories
- Products that are functional but no longer needed by the customer
- Products showing signs of overclocking, modification, or tampering
- Used accessories or consumables such as thermal paste, cables, etc.
πΈ Refund After Return
- If your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7β10 business days to your original payment method.
- In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be issued to your bank account (we’ll request your account details).
