• We do not store your card or payment details on our servers.

🧾 GST Invoices & Billing

• All purchases come with a digital invoice.
• GST invoice is provided on eligible orders (especially for business buyers).
• Please enter your GSTIN at checkout if you require input credit.

❌ Failed Transactions

If your payment fails:

• Your amount will not be deducted, or
• If deducted, it will be automatically refunded to your source account within 5–7 business days.

💰 Refunds for Cancellations & Returns

• For prepaid orders, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of cancellation or product return approval.
• Refunds are credited back to the original payment method (UPI/Card/Net Banking).
• In some cases, store credit or coupons may be offered based on your preference.

🛡️ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD is only available for select pin codes and items.
• Please ensure accurate address and mobile number to avoid order rejection.
• Repeated refusals may lead to account restriction.
