Please note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen events such as weather, strikes, or logistic delays.

📦 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours of confirmation.
• You will receive an email and SMS with tracking details once your item has been dispatched.

You can track your order using the Tracking ID sent via SMS/email or by logging into your GageTrally Account > My Orders.

📍 Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to over 18,000 pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.

🔄 Failed Delivery Attempts

In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address, non-availability, or unresponsive contact:

• We will attempt delivery up to two more times
• If unsuccessful, the order will be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
• A re-shipping charge may apply if you request re-dispatch

🛡️ Package Safety & Insurance

• All shipments are packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
• High-value items are insured for loss or damage up to their full value.
• If you receive a tampered or damaged package, please take pictures and report it to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
